Golden colour, with yellow and green tints. Incredibly powerful aroma of mainly cloves, cinnamon, nuts, hazelnuts, roasted coffee and vinegar. The mouth is flooded with spices flavours full of persistancy.
Service and Harmonization
Excelent as a digestive alongside a fine coffee or a fine cigar. During the summer, this wine can be cooled during 1 hour which softens the alcohol evaporation making it very pleasant without harming its quality. Serve at 14ºC-18ºC.
